Rooted Support for Real-Life Change

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next—but you know something needs to shift. Maybe stress keeps piling up and you're struggling to stay grounded. Or perhaps you’re craving more confidence—in the bedroom, in your relationships, or just in your own skin. You might be navigating a life transition, trying to show up more fully in your work or personal life, or longing for deeper intimacy and connection.

At The Rooted Self, we see you.

We help people like you move through the stuck places and into greater clarity, confidence, and connection—whether you're working on performance and presence, sexual confidence, intimacy and relationships, or managing stress and life’s curveballs. Using powerful tools like Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and embodiment practices, we support you in tapping into the deeper parts of yourself—not to fix what's broken, but to grow what’s already strong.

Our coaching is focused on goals, not diagnoses. It’s practical, present-moment, and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll help you identify what’s getting in the way, clear it, and build the skills and mindset to move forward—with more ease, purpose, and authenticity.

This is your space to root in and rise up.

Meet Your Coaches

We’re two seasoned mental health professionals who found ourselves at a crossroads —passionate about helping people grow, but limited by the confines of traditional therapy. With over 30 years of combined experience in trauma healing, sexuality, somatic work, and relationship transformation, we realized that many people were craving deeper, more holistic support that didn’t always fit into the therapy model.

That’s why we created The Rooted Self, a coaching practice designed to empower individuals, couples, and relationship systems to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate emotional strength, and explore their authentic desires. Coaching gives us the freedom to work with people beyond state lines, continents, and countries, to focus on present-moment goals, and to offer creative, actionable solutions for real-life change.

This isn't about diagnoses or pathology—it’s about possibility. Whether you're navigating intimacy challenges, personal reinvention, or seeking greater embodied confidence, we’re here to help you dig deep, grow strong, and thrive.
